Susan is very knowledgeable with numerous plan offerings, each of us may require specific needs for tailored coverage. Susan had the experience and knowledge to steer me in the right direction. She has something for everyone. I had many questions and Susan always gave an appropriate answer building trust & confidence. Have known her for several years. Back in October she assisted her client and I with selecting the best Medicare plan and I informed her client that it appeared to be the best option.  She selected the plan and was very hat, until someone which wasn’t authorized changed her plan.  I contacted Susan and she was more than willing to assist again.  Her client is back on her selected plan and is again very happy.  Thanking Susan for going above and beyond not once but twice.  This was customer service it’s best.
